On Saturday 30 September from 15:30-17:30 there  will be a special certified course with Sensei Cole, Chief Instructor of the S.S.K.A will cover aspects of kihon, kumite and kata. The aim is to iron out some misconceptions , particularly in regard to kata and kata application.

COSTS: £15 per person / £25 per couple / £30 per family of 3 / £40 per family of 4
